Meet Our Pastor
Throughout his ministry, he has served as a member of the Regional Youth and Christian Education Board, the Regional Director of Music, and a member of the Central Georgia District Presbytery. In July of 2021, Pastor Chris followed the leading of the Holy Ghost and embarked on a 14.5 mile prayer walk he called "Praying For Macedonia" where he walked and prayed for 5 hours while crisscrossing the community. He is currently in the process of publishing his first book entitled FAST 40: A Powerful Journey of Fasting and Prayer based on a fasting and prayer initiative in which he and the congregation took part in 2022.
Sis. Crystal currently serves as the President of Women's Ministries for Oak Grove PH Church. She also served on the Women's Ministries Board for the Central Georgia District of the Congregational Holiness Church. While living in Georgia, Sis. Crystal had a very successful career as a Master Cosmetologist with her own shop for over 12 years. Her success was largely due to her desire to serve others and her ability to show the love of Jesus Christ to any and all that cross her path - and that success has carried over to her role as a pastor's wife.
Pastor Chris and Sis. Crystal have two grown children, Ryan and Caitlyn, who live in Missouri with their families and two children at home, Jackson and Alan, along with their "fur baby", Sweetheart.
Pastor Chris Bambrough and his wife, Crystal, have had the privilege of serving Oak Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church since November of 2020. Pastor Chris (as he is affectionately called) has more than 28 years of ministerial and pastoral experience. He attended Oklahoma State University where he majored in Vocal Music Performance with an emphasis in Opera Theatre, but left school before graduating to enter into ministry full-time. Pastor Chris has served in Louisiana, Maryland, Georgia, and South Carolina in the roles of Youth Pastor, Minister of Music, Associate Pastor, Interim Pastor, and Senior/Lead Pastor. He has been ordained in the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) and the Congregational Holiness Church (Griffin, GA) and currently holds ordination in the International Pentecostal Holiness Church.
